How a night is priced
Each room has three rates across the year. Friday and Saturday nights add £30; breakfast is £18 a guest a night.

- Winter: November to March, except Christmas and New Year.
- Shoulder: April to June, September and October.
- Summer and Christmas: July, August, and 22 December to 2 January.
The small print, in plain words
- Check-in and out
- Rooms from 3pm, back by 11am. Bags can stay with us either side and the bathhouse is yours all day.
- Cancelling
- Free up to 14 days before arrival. Inside that we charge the first night only, and refund it if we re-let the room.
- Paying
- Nothing when you request. Once we confirm, we take the first night as a deposit and the rest when you leave.
- Minimum stay
- Two nights on Fridays and Saturdays from April to October and over Christmas. One night is fine any other time.
- Children and dogs
- Children welcome; a child’s bed is £35 with breakfast. One dog in the Garden Room, £20 a night.
- Arriving late
- Reception closes at 10pm. After that, the key safe code arrives by text the day before.
