The table

What the boats and the garden gave us

There is one menu each evening and it is written that afternoon. Four courses, no choices, cooked by two people for no more than twenty. It is the way a small kitchen cooks best.

Breakfast

Served 8 – 10

Included with every room. Eggs from the farm above the village, bread from the kitchen, fruit from the wall.

The dining room

Dinner from 7, Wed – Sun

One short menu a night, written that afternoon around what the boats and the garden gave us. Four courses, no choices, £58.

The bar

Open to 11

A small list of Cornish cider, coastal wines and a fire that stays in until the last guest.

Breakfast is laid in the plastered morning room from eight: eggs from the farm above the village, bread pulled that morning, fruit off the garden wall. Dinner is served from seven, Wednesday through Sunday, at £58 a head. Tell us when you book if anything should be left off your plate and it will be.
