These terms apply to every booking with Merecombe House Ltd, company 00000000, registered in England and Wales. They are a template: have them reviewed for your business before launch.
Your booking
A booking request is not a booking until we confirm it by email. On confirmation we take the first night's rate as a deposit; the balance is paid when you leave.
Cancelling
Cancel up to 14 days before arrival for a full refund of the deposit. Inside 14 days we keep the deposit, and refund it if we re-let the room. Leaving early is charged in full.
Arriving and leaving
Rooms are ready from 3pm and must be vacated by 11am. Reception is open 8am to 10pm; for later arrivals we send a key-safe code the day before.
Children and dogs
Children are welcome in every room; a child's bed is available in the Cove Suite and the Garden Room. One dog may stay in the Garden Room for £20 a night and must not be left alone in the room.
The house
Merecombe is non-smoking inside and on the terraces. The bathhouse is for guests aged 16 and over. Please tell us about any damage so we can put it right.
Complaints
Tell us while you are here so we can fix it. After your stay, write to [email protected] and we reply within five working days.
