The Garden Room sits on the ground floor with its own door into the walled garden the kitchen picks from. It is level from the parking space to the shower, which is why guests who find stairs hard book it months ahead. The sea is there too, over the top of the old wall, and closer than it looks.
Mornings smell of the rosemary and bay that grow a few feet from the threshold.
Who it suits
Guests who need step-free access, families of three, and anyone travelling with a dog. The daybed makes up as a proper single for an older child or a friend.
Good to know
The shower is level with a fold-down seat and grab rails, and we can add a raised toilet seat and a bed lever. Tell us what you need when you book.
