This notice explains what Merecombe ("we") does with the personal details you give us. It is a template: replace it with a notice reviewed for your business.

What we collect

Your name, email, phone number and the details of your stay when you send a booking request; dietary needs and access needs if you tell us; your email address if you sign up for our newsletter.

Why we use it

To answer your request, run your stay, cook for you safely and, if you asked us to, send four emails a year. We never sell or share your details for marketing.

How long we keep it

Booking records for six years for tax purposes; dietary and access notes until the end of your stay unless you ask us to remember them; newsletter addresses until you unsubscribe.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete what we hold about you. Write to [email protected]. If you are unhappy with our answer you can complain to your data protection authority.

This site sets no tracking cookies. If you add analytics or a booking engine, list what they set here.
